Here are some of my final thoughts on exercise:
- If you are just starting to exercise, make sure to consult a physician and do not overexert yourself.
- When weight lifting, concentrate more on form than on the amount of weight you can lift.
- Exercise helps improve the longevity of one's life.
- Exercise helps improve one's health and one's overall self-esteem.
- Be sure to warm up, stretch, and cool down in order to protect your muscles.
- Exercise increases energy levels and therefore, increases your metabolism.
- By working out, or training, you will not only have a firm body, but a sound mind.
- It helps to change your weight lifting routine often in order to keep your muscles always working so they don't get too used to one routine.
- You must allow your body enough time to rest and heal.
- Proper nutrition is a must. . . Carbohydrates are your body's best fuel.
- Being consistent with workouts is important.
