The legs are my least favorite body part to train. It's sort of like going to the dentist, you hate doing it but you know you neet to.



Here are some great exercises to build big muscular LEGS.
FREE-WEIGHT SQUAT
LEG PRESSES
LYING LEG CURLS
STANDING HEEL RAISES


Another part of the body which is great to workout and build up are the abdominals. Here are some exercises to build Rock-Hard ABS.
CABLE CRUNCHES
EXERCISE: Grasp two handles or a rope from the cable above, and knell on a padded surface. The cable will be above and in front of you. Slowly bring your wrists down twards your head. This should take some tension off the shoulders. Slowly contract the abs. Straighten your back up very slowly, keeping constant tension on the abs.
CRUNCHES
EXERCISE:Lie flat on your back with feet flat on the ground or a mat. Place your hands on the upper chest. Keep your lower back on the ground at all times. Only raise your shoulders and chest off of the ground and do so slowly contracting the abs the entire motion.
HANGING LEG RAISES
Start by supporting your body in the straps. Raise the knees up the the hip area. Controlling the trunk motion, slowly tighten the abdominals. Release and lower your legs to the starting position.

Try incorporating these exercises into your workout and you should get impressive results in no time at all.
