Cardiovascular workouts are great, especially if you are interested in burning fat and building endurance and stamina.
Aerobics are a good way to enjoy excercise while listening to music and working with a group of others. Women mostly are envovled in aerobics and fitness classes.
Taebo is another cardio workout that more men are involved in. It is a combination of aerobics and kickboxing.
Nautilus machines are also an excellent cardio workout. They have screens to interact with where you can set you wait and age to see what kind of shape you are in. Some of them also have a video screen to show you biking through a trail on the biking machines.
A good way to get your cardiovascular system pumping is merely playing recreational sports. Such as playing basketball or baseball with friends.
